surface material  strong intension and anti-aging. It is special for sealing  
windshield glazing  glass fiber reinforced plastic fittings   steel and aluminum plate installation in automotive industry. 

Usages

*Specially used for windshield and side glass 

*Also use for auto glass and plastic accessories (car roof side body and car front)

*For bonding between automobile fitting inside and outside 

Operation

 *Clean before operation

*Clean and dry all surfaces by removing foreign matter and contaminants such as oil dust  grease  frost  water  dirt  old sealants and any protective coating. 

*Dust and loose particles should be cleaned.

 Direction of operation

Tool:Manual or pneumatic plunger caulking gun

For cartridge

*Cut nozzle to give the required angle and bead size

*Pierce the membrane at the top of the cartridge and screw on the nozzle

*Place the cartridge in an applicator gun and squeeze the trigger with equal strength

 For sausage

*Clip the end of the sausage and place in barrel gun

*Screw end cap and nozzle on to barrel gun

*Using the trigger extrude the sealant with equal strength

 Attention of operation

*Wear suitable protective clothing  gloves and eye/face Protection. 

*After contact with skin wash immediately with plenty of water and soap. 

*In case of accident or if you feel unwell  seek medical advice immediately

 Storage 

*Keep in cool and ventilative place

*Temperature≤25°C  humidity≤50%RH

*Shelf life: 9 months 

Precautions

-To do the experiment in advance is the necessary condition to guarantee the excellent adhesiveness;
-After being opened the cleaner must be used up in a day; or else it should be firmly sealed; 
-Avoid contact with skin and eyes; if carelessly please wash them with a large amount of water and see the doctor; 
-If the bonded part is heavy or needs moving use the auxiliary tool to fix the position during the solidifying time(pressure-sensitive adhesive tape locating block etc.);
-The recommended use condition: temperature 15-35°C humidity 40%-80%RH; keep the working condition completely ventilated;
