Application Scope:

Kastar Nail-free Adhesive is a kind of single component structure adhesive with high viscosity that it can function as nails.It can bond timber,plasterboard, medium-density fibreboard,stone,cement,tile,metal,plastic,and rubber etc.

Uses:

The surfaces to be bonded should be clean, with no grease, or dust.

Cut an opening in the mouth of the tube, matched with the attached plastic pipe. Then squeeze the adhesive out with a sealant Gun.

Operate according to the graphic method.

Precautions:

1) To avoid the improper operation,please read the specification carefully before use.The users should bear the adverse consequences caused by their own improper use.

2) Nail free glue can be clean by pine nodular water when it`s not solidification,scrape and burnish the exposed stains after glue solidified. 

3) This product can be used in conjunction with the auxiliary floor;the adhesive force will be weakened under high temperature (avoid to bonding the metal which is always exposure in the sunshine ).

4) Keep ventilation in the workplace and the operater should wear dungaree, goggles,masks and rubber gloves.While long storage,store the product in cool and dry place to ensure its performance is not affected.

5) Keep away form children and don’t touch with eye,mouth,skin,etc..If this happens, rinse with water immediately or medical treatment.
